Six IPOs and five SPACs priced this week. Two IPOs and eight SPACs submitted filings.
Cardiovascular disease biotech Braveheart Bio (BRVE) upsized and priced above the range, raising $383 million at a $1.6 billion market cap. Its lead candidate, BHB-1893, is a next-generation oral cardiac myosin inhibitor licensed from China's Hengrui Pharmaceuticals designed to treat both obstructive and non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Braveheart plans to initiate a global Phase 3 trial in obstructive HCM in the 2H26, followed by a Phase 3 trial in non-obstructive HCM in the 1H27. It finished the week up 67%.
Pain relief biotech Latigo Therapeutics (LTGO) priced its upsized IPO at the top of the range, raising $346 million at a $1.3 billion market cap. Its lead candidate, LTG-001, is an oral Nav1.8 inhibitor for moderate to severe acute pain, including postoperative pain. A placebo-controlled Phase 3 bunionectomy trial and an open-label Phase 3 safety trial are planned for the 2H26, with topline results expected in the 2H27. Latigo therapeutics finished the week up 1%.
Immune system diseases-focused biotech Attovia Therapeutics (ATTO) priced its previously upsized IPO at the high end to raise $289 million at a $767 million market cap. Attovia is developing biologic therapies for immune-mediated diseases using its ATTOBODY platform to create next-generation antibody therapeutics targeting validated immune pathways. Its lead candidate, ATTO-1310, targets IL-31 for chronic pruritus and high-itch atopic dermatitis. It completed Phase 1 dosing in healthy volunteers and patients in the 1Q26, with a Phase 2 trial planned for the 1H27. Attovia Therapeutics finished the week up 19%.
Cancer biotech BlossomHill Therapeutics (BLSM) priced its upsized IPO at the midpoint to raise $150 million at a $503 million market cap. Its lead program, BH-30643, is currently in a global Phase 1/2 trial for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It plans to seek an end-of-Phase 1 meeting with the FDA in the 4Q26 to discuss recommended Phase 2 dosing and a potential accelerated approval pathway for certain patients. Blossomhill Therapeutics finished the week flat.
California-based River City Bank (RCBC) priced its downsized IPO below the range to raise $122 million at a $637 million market cap. Founded in 1973, River City Bank is a commercial bank serving businesses and real estate investors across Northern California through a relationship-focused banking model. Its commercial real estate lending franchise accounted for roughly 90% of its loan portfolio as of June 30, 2026. River City has also developed a niche serving California Community Choice Aggregator entities, although the resulting deposit base is fairly concentrated. It finished the week up 4%.
Latin American ticket platform Ticketplus (TP) priced its US IPO at the bottom of the range to raise $15 million at a $101 million market cap. Ticketplus provides a full-stack event platform for the live entertainment industry in Latin America. The platform covers the end-to-end event lifecycle, including discovery, primary ticketing, access control, payment processing, analytics, and post-event reporting, and serves promoters, venues, sports organizations, and ticketing companies. Ticketplus finished the week down 13%.
Five SPACs also priced. Pinnacle Acquisition (PNAQ.U) raised $200 million to target commercial and consumer finance businesses. BOA Acquisition II (THEOU) raised $125 million to target real estate and infrastructure. ARC Group Securities I (FJDIU), led by ARC Group executives, raised $105 million. OceanLight Acquisition (OCLTU) raised $100 million to target large underpenetrated markets. TCGX Acquisition (TCGX), formed by TCGX executives, raised $75 million to target healthcare in Asia.
