We are a newly organized blank check company. While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any stage of its corporate evolution or in any industry, or sector or geographic location, we currently intend to focus our search on companies that we believe have favorable growth prospects and attractive returns on invested capital within the broad ecosystem of advanced computing technologies. Our management team is led by Dean C. Kehler, our Director, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Michael G. Maselli, our President and Director Nominee. Members of our management team founded and led GX Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: GXGX) and GX Acquisition Corp. II (NASDAQ: GXII), each a special purpose acquisition company. Our management team has guided public and private companies over more than three decades as private equity principals, owners, corporate directors and advisors across a wide variety of industries, including the technology, growth infrastructure, telecom/media, consumer products and services, financial services, healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors. Through these activities, our management team has developed a broad network of contacts that we believe will be helpful in identifying targets for a potential business combination.
