The Bank is a California chartered commercial bank, headquartered in Sacramento, California. We provide a broad range of banking products and services to small and medium-sized businesses, professionals, and individuals primarily in California through eight full-service branches in the Sacramento MSA and one loan production office in San Francisco, California. Our primary deposit products are checking, money market, savings, and term certificate accounts, and our primary lending products are CRE, commercial, agriculture, residential mortgage, and consumer loans. Substantially all of our loans are secured by specific items of collateral including commercial and residential real estate properties, business assets, and consumer assets. The Bank’s CRE lending market is throughout the Western United States. As of June 30, 2026, we had total assets of $6.0 billion, total loans of $4.7 billion, and total deposits of $5.4 billion.
