Our core offering, the YoYo platform, leverages our proprietary vernacular language AI voice models to provide engaging voice chat room experiences, which have achieved scalable user bases and monetization. As of December 31, 2024 and for the six months ended June 30, 2025, YoYo had accumulated 51.7 million and 57.5 million Registered Users across 29 countries and regions, respectively. Our monetization model has proven effective, with an Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) of $2.20 and $1.51 and an Average Revenue Per Paying User (“ARPPU”) of $57.50 and $75.36 for the fiscal year 2024 and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively.
