Hong Kong social media app Hacker Interstellar increases shares offered 39% ahead of $43 million US IPO

Hacker Interstellar, which provides a voice-centric AI-powered social media app in emerging markets, raised the proposed deal size for its upcoming IPO on Thursday.

The Hong Kong, China-based company now plans to raise $43 million by offering 3.9 million shares at a price range of $10.50 to $11.50. The company had previously filed to offer 2.8 million shares at the same range. At the midpoint of the revised deal size, Hacker Interstellar will raise 39% more in proceeds than previously anticipated and command a fully diluted market value of $336 million.

Hacker Interstellar was founded in 2016 and booked $107 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026. It plans to list on either the Nasdaq or NYSE under the symbol SOUD. Kingswood Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
