AeroVironment, a provider of small unmanned aircraft systems to the U.S. DOD, set the terms for its IPO on Wednesday. The company plans to offer 6.7 million shares at a range of $14-$16. The deal has a proposed market cap of $321 million. Goldman Sachs will lead the group of managers on the deal and has yet to announce timing.
