Four sizable IPOs are currently scheduled for the week ahead, featuring nuclear power, biotech, insurance, and banking.

Nuclear plant equipment and services provider Holtec Nuclear (HNUC) plans to raise $825 million at a $9.4 billion market cap. Founder-owned and led, Holtec is a leader in decommissioning services and spent fuel storage and transportation solutions, whose focus now also includes the development of small modular reactors (SMRs), the restart of decommissioned power plants, and solar and energy storage technologies. Holtec’s Palisades project in Michigan notably represents the first-ever attempt in the US to restart a previously shuttered nuclear plant, supported in part by a US DOE loan guarantee facility of up to $1.5 billion.

Antibody biotech Electra Therapeutics (ETRA) plans to raise $325 million at a $1.0 billion market cap. The company is developing a class of precision medicines directed at signal regulatory proteins (SIRP) expressed on specific immune cell populations. Lead candidate ipsoprubart is a pan-SIRP monoclonal antibody designed to selectively deplete pathological myeloid cells and T cells, currently in the registrational Phase 2/3 SURPASS trial for secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (sHLH).

Focused on E&S home insurance in the US Southeast, Orion180 Insurance Group (OIG) aims to raise $320 million at a $1.6 billion market cap. Founder-led Orion180 states that it is the second largest E&S lines homeowners’ insurance provider in the US by direct written premiums with a presence in 14 states, approximately $601 million in managed premiums written for the twelve months ended June 30, 2026, and over 670,000 policies sold since inception.

Hawaii community bank American Savings Bank (ASBH) plans to sell $120 million of stock in an all-secondary offering at a $1.0 billion market cap.
