One small direct listing is currently scheduled for the week ahead, but movement in the pipeline points to a wave of launches in the short holiday week.
We see up to eight companies that could start their roadshows. A few recent filers are primed to launch: power solutions provider Aggreko (AGKO), solar project developer CoVolt Power (KVLT), and home insurer Orion180 (OIG). The mix also includes several older filers that recently refreshed their paperwork: nuclear equipment provider Holtec Nuclear (HNUC), convenience store chain Cumberland Farms (CMBY), men’s fashion company Tailored Brands (MW), property management platform Entrata (ENT), and edge AI chip designer Syntiant (SYTN).
On for the week ahead, Canada-based Siyata PTT (PTT) is expected to complete its Nasdaq direct listing. The company makes “push-to-talk” devices, offering in-vehicle devices targeted at organizations with commercial fleet vehicles and handsets geared towards first responders, hospitals, schools, and construction workers, among others. The company is small and highly unprofitable.
