We are a leading provider of engineering, procurement, and construction services to the power and data center industries. We specialize in building utility-scale solar projects, battery energy storage systems and high-voltage transmission and distribution infrastructure. Since our founding in 2005, we have built more than 7.3 GWac of generation, nearly 1.7 GWh of battery storage and T&D infrastructure that connected over 26.4 GW of capacity and load to the grid. We are recognized as a top 10 utility-scale solar builder based on installations from 2015 to 2025 according to Solar Power World. Our customers include IPPs, project developers, utilities, industrial facilities and data center operators. Since 2021, we have completed projects for 14 of the top 20 solar IPPs in the U.S. By engaging early in project design, we help identify value engineering opportunities that benefit both our customers and us, as well as make it more difficult for competitors that are less familiar with the projects to displace us. Our projects are typically executed over 12 to 18 months pursuant to one or more LNTP agreements followed by a lump sum EPC contract. Under LNTP agreements, our customers pay us to perform initial engineering and site investigation work, procure long lead time equipment and begin initial mobilization of our workforce and equipment, the results of which we use to refine our price to construct the project.
