Malaysia-based worker recruitment provider Kainan Holding Group files for a $20 million US IPO

Kainan Holding Group, a Malaysia-based provider of foreign worker recruitment services, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $20 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $20 million by offering 4 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Kainan Holding Group would command a fully diluted market value of $104 million.

Kainan Holding Group is a Malaysia-based provider of workforce and human resources management services. The company recruits, deploys and manages casual and skilled temporary workers for corporate customers in the manufacturing, construction and service industries across Malaysia, and supports them with onboarding, worker management and employment compliance. It bills customers per attendance-confirmed worker day at contracted rates.

The Shah Alam, Malaysia-based company was founded in 2007 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol KHG. Kainan Holding Group filed confidentially on March 23, 2026. D. Boral Capital is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
