We are a known one-stop workforce and human resources management solution provider focused on the sourcing, recruitment, deployment and ongoing management of legally employed workforce for corporate customers mainly serving manufacturing, construction, and service-based industries across Malaysia. We support employers that require scalable workforce in project-based and labor-intensive environments and that must comply with applicable workforce and employment-related requirements. Our services are designed to reduce administrative burden for customers and to improve workforce continuity through structured onboarding, worker management processes and compliance support. With more than 15 years of proven industry experience, we specialize in delivering reliable, skilled, and committed teams that support every stage of our clients’ workforce needs. Our integrated approach is designed to ensure that our clients benefit from consistent quality, operational efficiency, and workforce solutions that align with their business goals. We generate revenue principally by entering into service contracts with corporate customers under which we source casual workers and skilled temporary workers from our recruitment network and deploy them to perform specified tasks at the customer’s worksite or under the customer’s direction. Revenue is recognized over time as the services are rendered and is determined by multiplying the number of attendance-confirmed work days (or hours, where applicable) for each deployed worker by the agreed workday pay rate set out in each customer contract. We invoice customers on a monthly basis following reconciliation of attendance and hours worked, and we generally collect payment within one to two months after invoicing.
