Four IPOs are currently scheduled for the week ahead, featuring three biotechs and a California bank. Mega-issuer SpaceX (SPCX) will also be in focus as it reports earnings for the first time as a public company ahead of a partial lock-up release that will more than double the tradable float.
Cardiovascular disease biotech Braveheart Bio (BRVE) is set to raise $300 million at a $1.4 billion market cap. Its lead candidate, BHB-1893, is a next-generation oral cardiac myosin inhibitor licensed from China's Hengrui Pharmaceuticals designed to treat both obstructive and non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). Braveheart plans to initiate a global Phase 3 trial in obstructive HCM in the 2H26, followed by a Phase 3 trial in non-obstructive HCM in the 1H27.
Immune system-focused biotech Attovia Therapeutics (ATTO) plans to raise $200 million at a $649 million market cap. Attovia is developing biologic therapies for immune-mediated diseases using its ATTOBODY platform to create next-generation antibody therapeutics targeting validated immune pathways. Its lead candidate, ATTO-1310, targets IL-31 for chronic pruritus and high-itch atopic dermatitis. It completed Phase 1 dosing in healthy volunteers and patients in the 1Q26, with a Phase 2 trial planned for the 1H27.
California-based River City Bank (RCBC) is set to raise $136 million at a $703 million market cap. Founded in 1973, River City Bank is a commercial bank serving businesses and real estate investors across Northern California through a relationship-focused banking model. Its commercial real estate lending franchise accounted for roughly 90% of its loan portfolio as of June 30, 2026. River City has also developed a niche serving California Community Choice Aggregator entities, although the resulting deposit base is fairly concentrated.
Metabolic disorder biotech Vogenx (VOGX) plans to raise $75 million at a $173 million market cap. Vogenx’s initial focus is on post-bariatric hypoglycemia (PBH) and gastroparesis. Its lead candidate, mizagliflozin, is an oral, selective SGLT1 inhibitor licensed from Kissei Pharmaceutical. Mizagliflozin has been studied in more than 500 subjects across 10 clinical trials. The company expects to begin screening patients this year for a Phase 2b trial in PBH and is also planning a Phase 2 proof of concept trial in gastroparesis for 2027.
