Lincoln International, an investment banking advisory firm focused on private capital markets, raised $421 million by offering 21 million shares (2% secondary; 50% incl. synthetic secondary) at $20, the high end of the $18 to $20 range.

The company provides private capital markets expertise across two segments: Investment Banking Advisory, and Valuations and Opinions. Lincoln serves clients and operates its business from more than 30 offices across 14 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.

The Chicago, IL-based company will trade on the NYSE under the symbol LCLN. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BMO Capital Markets, Citizens JMP, and Evercore ISI acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
