PomDoctor, an online platform in China offering chronic disease management services, raised $20 million by offering 5 million ADSs at $4, the low end of the range of $4 to $6. At pricing, the company commands a market cap of $474 million.
PomDoctor is an online medical services platform for chronic diseases in China. As of December 31, 2024, the company had over 212,800 cumulative contracted doctors that issued over 3 million prescriptions, as well as 699,000 transacting patients.
PomDoctor plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol POM. Joseph Stone Capital acted as sole bookrunner on the deal.
