Vacation rental developer Awaysis Capital files and sets terms for a $10 million NYSE American uplisting

Awaysis Capital, which is developing residential vacation rentals, filed on Friday with the SEC, changing its proposed secondary offering on the OTC (AWCA) to an uplisting on the NYSE American.

The Miramar, FL-based company plans to raise $10 million by offering 2.9 million shares at a price range of $3 to $4.

Awaysis Capital is a real estate management and hospitality company focused on acquiring, redeveloping, selling, and managing rentals of residential vacation home communities in desirable travel destinations.

Awaysis Capital was founded in 2008 and plans to list on the NYSE American under the symbol AWCA. D. Boral Capital is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
