Our cloud-based platform combines a spreadsheet-like user interface and email-integrated design to improve work execution, enabling teams and organizations to plan, capture, manage, automate, and report on work at scale, resulting in more efficient processes and better business outcomes. Business users, with little or no training, can configure and modify our platform to customize workflows to suit their needs. We offer four subscription levels: Individual, Team, Business, and Enterprise. Over half of our annualized contract value (ACV) comes from our Business and Enterprise packages. Our more than 3.6 million users (3.0 million free, 650k paying) and 92,000 customers around the world includes over 74,000 domain-based customers (organizations), 90 companies in the Fortune 100, and two-thirds of the companies in the Fortune 500, with significant deployments at companies such as Cisco and Aramark. No single customer represented more than 3% of our total revenue for any of the past three fiscal years.
