FVCBankcorp, Inc. is the registered bank holding company for FVCbank, our wholly-owned community bank subsidiary, headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia. We serve the banking needs of commercial businesses, nonprofit organizations, professional service entities, and their respective owners and employees located in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan and Northern Virginia area. We believe the size, growth and increasing economic diversity of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan and Northern Virginia area, when combined with our banking strategy, provides us with excellent opportunities for long-term, sustainable growth. We have experienced significant organic growth since we began banking operations in 2007. We recently announced the proposed acquisition of Colombo Bank, or Colombo, a $191.5 million asset bank headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. We expect the proposed acquisition to close in the fourth quarter of 2018, following completion of this offering.
