Our model inverts the conventional global delivery model wherein offshore IT service providers are based abroad and maintain a minimal presence in the US. With a strong SAP focus, our client partnerships anchor around SAP cloud services, artificial intelligence, internet of things ad robotic presence automation. We pursue an acquisition strategy that seeks to disrupt the established business model of offshore IT service providers. We generate revenue by providing consulting services under written service contracts with our customers. The service contracts generally fall into two categories: (1) time-and-materials contracts and (2) fixed-price contracts.
