We are a blank check company incorporated on April 29, 2025 as a Cayman Islands exempted company. Crown Reserve Acquisition Corp. I intends to identify and acquire a business within an industry or sector that complements the experience of our management team and can benefit from our operational expertise. We will have a generalist approach to industry sectors, but with particular emphasis on industries where we have core competencies and experiences, such as pharma, medical technology and medical equipment, and healthcare IT industries. However, we may pursue an initial business combination opportunity in any industry or sector (subject to certain limitations described in this prospectus). Prashant Patel serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Patel currently serves on the board of Eulogistic Health Inc. (NASDAQ: WGRX) and has previously served on the boards of Trxade Health Inc. (NASDAQ: MEDS) and Scienture Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SCNX).
