Semiconductor company Guerrilla RF files for a $15 million Nasdaq uplisting

Guerrilla RF, a US-based fabless semiconductor provider for radio frequency applications, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $15 million in an initial public offering. The company is currently listed on the OTC (GUER).

Guerrilla RF is a fabless semiconductor company, founded to deliver radio frequency (RF) solutions to customers in underserved markets. The company provides a range of high-performance monolithic microwave integrated circuit products and associated technical support to over 500 end customers globally. Guerrilla's design, applications, sales, and customer support functions are completed in-house. Manufacturing and production are outsourced, with primary external wafer foundries in Taiwan and Singapore, and primary assembly and test suppliers in Malaysia and the Philippines.

The Greensboro, NC-based company was founded in 2013 and booked $12 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2022. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GUER. Laidlaw & Company (UK) is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
