Bankrate, Inc., which is a leading publisher, aggregator and distributor of online personal finance content, raised $300 million by offering 20 million shares at $15, within the range of $14 to $16. Bankrate plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol RATE. Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
