Fusion-io prices IPO at $19, above the upwardly revised range

Fusion-io, which offers a next generation storage memory platform that boosts data access speeds, raised $234 million by offering 12.3 million shares at $19, above the upwardly revised range of $16 to $18. The company had previously filed to raise the same number of shares at an original range of $13 to $15. Fusion-io plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol FIO. Goldman, Sachs & Co., Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
