Nautilus Marine Acquisition Corp., a blank check company led by the founders of Star Bulk Carriers Corp., filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $60 million in an initial public offering. The Athens, Greece-based company plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol NMAR-U. Maxim Group LLC is the lead underwriter on the deal.
