Zipcar quiet period ends May 24

Zipcar, which operates the leading car sharing network in North America and the UK, will see its quiet period end on Tuesday, May 24. On April 13, the company raised $174 million by offering 9.7 million shares at $18, above the range of $14 to $16. Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
