Arcos Dorados quiet period ends May 24

Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc., the world's largest McDonald's franchisee with 1,755 locations in Latin America, will see its quiet period end on Tuesday, May 24. On April 13, the company raised $1.2 billion by offering 73.5 million shares at $17, above the range of $13 to $15. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
