Arcos Dorados, the world's largest McDonald's franchisee with 1,755 locations in Latin America, raised $1.25 billion by offering 73.5 million shares at $17, 21% above the midpoint of the $13-$15 range. The company had originally planned to offer 62.5 million shares, resulting in a total deal size 43% larger than originally anticipated. Arcos Dorados plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol ARCO. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
