Affinion Group Holdings, an Apollo-backed global provider of customer loyalty programs through affinity relationship marketing, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Monday. The Stamford, CT-based company was founded in 2005 and booked $1.4 billion in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2010. It had filed in May 2010 to raise up to $400 million in its IPO. Underwriters for the deal were not specified.
