American Assets Trust, a REIT with a multi-asset class portfolio of 20 properties primarily in CA and HI, will see its quiet period end on Monday, February 21. On January 12, the company raised $564 million by offering 27.5 million shares at $20.50, within the range of $19 to $21. BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
