American Assets Trust, a REIT with a multi-asset class portfolio of 20 properties primarily in CA and HI, raised $564 million by offering 27.5 million shares shares at $20.50, within the range of $19-$21. The REIT had originally filed to offer 25 million shares. American Assets Trust plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AAT in what will be this year's first US IPO. BofA Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities and Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
