Wright Express, a Cendant spin-off that offers fleet management services to the transportation industry, filed for an IPO with the SEC on Tuesday. The company has filed to be traded on the NYSE under the ticker WXS. JP Morgan will act as lead underwriter on the deal. Offer terms have yet to be determined.
