Artisan Acquisition, a blank check company targeting the healthcare, consumer, and tech sectors in Greater China, raised $300 million by offering 30 million units at $10. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one-third of a warrant, exercisable at $11.50 per share.
The SPAC is led by Ben Chang, Managing Partner of C Ventures and a General Manager at NWD.
Artisan Acquisition plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ARTA. UBS Investment Bank and Credit Suisse acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
