Camelot Information Systems, a leading provider of ERP and financial industry IT services in China, will see its quiet period end on Sunday, August 29. On July 20th, the company raised $147 million by offering 13.3 million shares at $11, at the low end of its proposed range of $11-$13. Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. and Barclays Capital acted as lead managers on the deal.
