RealD, which licenses 3D visual display technologies for motion pictures, will see its quiet period end on Tuesday, August 24th. On July 15th, the company raised $200 million by offering 12.5 million shares shares at $16, above the range of $13-$15. J.P. Morgan and Piper Jaffray acted as lead managers on the deal.
