Ameresco, which designs and implements energy efficient projects for government and institutional clients, raised $87 million by offering 8,696,820 shares at $10.00, below the range of $14.00 to $16.00. Ameresco plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol AMRC. BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead manager on the deal.
