Qlik Technologies, which provides easy-to-use business intelligence software to 14,000 enterprises, raised $112 million by offering 11,200,000 shares at $10.00, above the range of $8.50 to $9.50. Qlik Technologies plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol QLIK. Morgan Stanley, Citi, and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
