GenMark Diagnostics, which offers a molecular diagnostics testing system to hospitals and labs, will see its quiet period end on Tuesday, July 6th. On May 27th, the company raised $27.6 million by offering 4.6 million shares at $6, below the range of $8-$10. Piper Jaffray acted as lead manager on the deal.
