Sensata Technologies quiet period ends April 19

Sensata Technologies, Texas Instruments' former sensors and controls business acquired by Bain Capital, will see its quiet period end on Monday, April 19th. On March 10th, the company raised $569 million by offering 31.6 million shares at $18, the low end of the $18-$20 range. Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital and Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
