Canadian communications provider Mitel Networks files for a $230 million IPO

Mitel Networks Corporation, a leading provider of integrated communications solutions to the small-to-medium sized enterprise (SME) market, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $230 million in an initial public offering. The Ontario-based company, which was founded in 1972, booked $735 million in sales over the last 12 months. BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, and UBS Investment Bank are the lead underwriters on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
