A123 Systems, which provides rechargeable lithium-ion batteries and battery systems, will see its quiet period end on 11/2/09. On 9/23/09, the company raised $380.4 million by offering 28,180,500 shares at $13.50, above the range of $8.00 to $9.50. Morgan Stanley acted as lead managers on the deal.
