The Longmont, CO-based company plans to raise $250 million by offering 14.7 million shares at a price range of $16.00 to $18.00, with insiders slated to receive 91% of the proceeds. Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are the lead underwriters on the deal, which is expected to price May 13 (for trading May 14). The stock will be listed on the NYSE under the symbol "DGI".
