Zonare Medical Systems, which provides compact ultrasound systems for diagnostic imaging applications, withdrew its IPO on Wednesday citing poor market conditions. The company had not yet announced terms, however, Citi and Piper Jaffray were set to be the joint lead managers on the deal.
