Broadband network operator Clearwire re-files for IPO

Clearwire Corp, which operates next generation wireless broadband networks for over 188k subscribers, filed for an IPO on Tuesday. The company originally filed for an IPO back in May, but withdrew in July after it received backing from Intel. Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan will manage the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced.
