The O'Gara Group, which provides a portfolio of security, safety and defense products to commercial and government organizations, filed with the SEC for an IPO on Friday. The Cincinnati, OH based company booked $42 million in LTM sales and plans to list on the NASDAQ under the ticker OGAR. Morgan Keegan is set to be the sole book runner on the deal. No terms were disclosed in the initial filing.
