Avago Technologies, a leading supplier of high performance analog semiconductor devices, filed with the SEC for an IPO on Thursday. The Singapore-based company was created in 2005 in a KKR-led buyout of Agilent's semiconductor products group. Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters on the deal. No terms were disclosed in the initial filing.
