NIVS Intellimedia, a Chinese producer of audio and video consumer products focused on developing speech interactive technology, filed with the SEC for an IPO on Wednesday. WestPark Capital is the lead underwriter on the deal and also a key shareholder. No terms were disclosed in the initial filing.
