Allegro Microsystems, which manufactures magnetic sensor integrated circuits and power semiconductors, withdrew its IPO on Monday in a filing citing market conditions. The Worcester, MA-based company booked $321 million in LTM sales and planned to list on the NASDAQ under the ticker "ALGM." Lehman Brothers and Daiwa Securities were set to be the lead managers on the deal.
