Navios Maritime Acquisition, a SPAC sponsored by drybulk shipper Navios Maritime (NYSE: NM) which intends to focus on the marine transportation and logistics industries, priced its 22 million unit offering at the expected $10 on Wednesday evening. The units began trading on the NYSE Thursday under the ticker NNA.U. J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank were the lead underwriters on the deal.
