Madison Square Capital, a self-advised REIT intending to invest in agency backed residential mortgage securities, announced terms for its IPO in a filing with the SEC on Friday. The company plans to offer 22.2 million shares at an expected price of $15. Friedman Billings, Jefferies and Lazard are the lead underwriters on the deal.
