SPAC North Asia Investment Corporation amends IPO terms

North Asia Investment Corporation, a newly formed blank check company intending to focus on businesses in South Korea and China, amended its IPO terms in a filing with the SEC on Wedenesday. The company now plans to offer 6 million units (originally 10 million) at the same expected price of $10 per unit. Citi is the lead underwriter on the deal.
