Satellite imagery provider DigitalGlobe files for IPO

DigitalGlobe, a leading provider of commercial high resolution earth imagery solutions, filed with the SEC for an IPO on Monday. The company, which booked $152 million in revenue in 2007, plans to list on the NYSE under the ticker DGI. Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers are the lead underwriters on the deal. No terms were disclosed in the initial filing.
